Privacy notice

Who is responsible for your data

Alejandro Nañez Luttmann, an individual operating the Facilita project (“Facilita”), with address at Dover 2905, colonia Narvarte (Distrito Tec), 64830 Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. What I collect

Through the pilot program form: name, company, role, email and approximate number of technicians. If you then answer the optional survey, I also keep your answers with your application. I don't collect sensitive, financial or asset data.

What I use it for

I don't use your data for anything else. I don't sell or rent it.

Who I share it with

Only with providers that process it on my behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting, storage of applications, bot protection and visit statistics) and Zoho Corporation (email). Their servers may be outside Mexico. I don't transfer your data to third parties unless a competent authority requires it by law.

Technical data from your visit

To protect the form from abuse I use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical signals from your browser, and I limit submissions per IP address. Your IP address is used only for that check and is not stored with your application. I count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and gives aggregate figures that don't identify you.

While you fill in the form, your browser temporarily keeps what you type (session storage) so you don't lose it if you leave and come back. It is cleared when you send the form or close the tab, and it never leaves your device that way.

I also count, anonymously, how the site is used: which pages and sections are seen and which buttons and links are clicked. To group the clicks of a single visit, your browser keeps a random number while the tab is open. It isn't a cookie, it doesn't include your IP address, and I don't connect it with the form data.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, withdraw your consent or limit its use by writing to alejandro@facilita.com.mx. Include your name, the right you want to exercise, a clear description of the data involved and a way to reply to you; I may ask you to verify your identity. I will answer within 20 business days and, where it applies, act on your request within the following 15 business days.

How long I keep it

For as long as the pilot program and any relationship that follows from it last. If you don't take part, I delete it no later than 12 months after receiving it, or sooner if you ask.

Any change will be published on this page with its update date.
