Technicians
Send the photos and you're done. Quedó writes the report.
Fill in your sheet as always, take a photo of it and of the work, and send them on WhatsApp. Want to explain something? Send a voice message. No more putting the photo report together afterwards.
How does it work?
Fill in your sheet as always.
The same one you use now.
Take a photo and send it.
Along with photos of the unit and the finished work, on WhatsApp.
The report comes back built.
If it's right, reply OK and it goes to the office.
What changes
- Nothing to install. It's your same WhatsApp.
- You don't write the same thing twice.
- No signal? WhatsApp sends it when it's back.
- The office stops calling you to ask what you did.
Questions
Does it work on my phone?
Yes, on any phone with WhatsApp.
What if my handwriting is hard to read?
We ask about whatever we can't read and you answer with a voice message.
Want your company to try it?
Pass this page to whoever handles the reports in your office. The pilot is free.
Quedó is in development. We're about to start the first trials with companies in Mexico City.
